Bertha Aguilar, Assistant Photo Editor
Hello my name is Bertha Aguilar and after a long hiatus from school, I have returned to LMC and the Experience to finish up my credits and receive my AA in Journalism. I currently write for the newspaper and have taken on the role of assistant photo editor this semester. Photography is one of my passions. I do occasional freelance work to gain experience in the field. I married my best friend in 2012 and together we like to travel and just enjoy life together. I am a dog lover at heart and love to spoil my Chihuahua, Chico. My favorite music includes a little bit of everything and my all time favorite artists are Michael Jackson and Andrea Bocelli as well as Maná, a Mexican rock band and The Beatles. I love making people laugh, and I’m not afraid to show my silly side or to tell it like it is. In the next 5 years I hope to have children and establish myself as a reputable and well-known photographer and work for a newspaper.
