Ever since I remember, I have had a great love for writing. And growing up I have always been surrounded by news and journalism, with my parents constantly watching political broadcasts and “60 Minutes” every week. But it wasn’t until high school when I thought of pursuing both writing and the news. After I took a journalism class my senior year, I fell in love with the art form and the rest has been history.
