Spring ball is still some time away but the teams have already started playing in preseason scrimmages and practices. Outfielder Brandon Huslar has high expectations for his squad stating “This team has the potential to take us to the state championship and compete for the state title. “Fellow outfielder Sawyer Olson echoed his teammates expectations, “If we can go out there and play loose knowing we can do all these things we are capable of, it should be a very successful season.” The softball team also is hitting the diamond and will be looking to improve on its 15-18 record from a year ago.
